Early Childhood

Children must be 3 years old by August 1, 2013 to enter our 2013-14 EC1 Program.

EC 1 is appropriate for children 3 to 4 years.  We offer half day, full day and a combination of half and full day sessions.  Before and after school daycare is also available.

The Early Childhood Program includes indoor and outdoor activities organized around learning centers.  Large and small group activities include story time, movement, music and art, science and library.

One master teacher and two co-teachers lead twenty-two children through a day of discovery and organized interactions.  Snack and lunch time are perfect opportunities to learn about sharing and to develop independence.  Children who stay for the afternoon enjoy a quiet naptime.

• October through mid-February    Interviews with parents only
• February 15, 2013                     CEE mails admissions decisions
