At CEE, our faculty and staff enjoy respect and admiration for being exceptional professionals.

Whether a classroom teacher, an arts or science specialist, an administrator, or a member of the office or maintenance team, each employee is first an individual who embodies the skill and commitment that are the hallmarks of a school that strives for excellence in every way.
Center employees are committed to the school's mission to educate the whole child, to support and foster diversity of all kinds, and to embrace the principle of lifelong learning. We have a team-teaching model in our classrooms and a team approach to our work. At CEE we emphasize being cooperative, flexible, optimistic and caring.
CEE retains educators and professionals who strive to become the best at what they do. We offer competitive salaries and a generous benefits package that includes an 8% retirement contribution match, student loan payment assistance, professional development funds, and tuition remission.
