Community Engagement and Education: An Evening of Solidarity with Viet Thanh Nguyen

Community Engagement and Education: An Evening of Solidarity
Jointly sponsored by our Asian American Affinity Group (AAAG) and our Anti-Racism Interest Group (ARIG). At this event, we will welcome USC Associate Professor of English and American Studies and Ethnicity, Viet Thanh Nguyen, a Carnegie Medal for Excellence winner and Pulitzer Prize-winning author. As members of our school community and the Asian Americans in our society continue to experience fear, anger, violence, and disrespect, we want to take this opportunity to come together in support and solidarity with families, grandparents, alums, alum families, colleagues, and neighbors.
