Registration above or below the recommended grade level will be considered in special cases. There is a $25 dollar enrollment fee per camper for Summer at The Center programs.

As some classes take a particular interest and ability for sustained concentration, please let us know if your child has special academic or other needs so we can best serve all of our students. For information, contact Summer at The Center at summer@cee-school.org.
  • Early Bird Discount

Register on or before March 15, 2020 and you will have 5% deducted from the price of your classes at check-out. This discount does not apply to The Unincorporated Life and Camp SHAKE one-week classes.
  • Absences

There will be no makeup days for absences or for days missed for sickness or travel. Parents are financially responsible for all days that their child is registered to attend.
  • Cancellation

We must reserve the right, up to the first day of the course, to cancel courses for which enrollment is not sufficient. In the event that a course is canceled, every effort will be made to place a child in a second-choice class or similar course offered. A 100% refund will be made when a class is canceled and no adequate alternative is available. Teacher assignments may be altered.

The Center’s duties and obligations under this Contract shall be suspended immediately without notice during all periods that the School is closed because of force majeure events including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, war, governmental action, act of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic or any other event beyond the Center’s control. If such an event occurs, the Center’s duties and obligations in this Contract will be postponed or canceled until such time as the Center, in its sole discretion, may safely reopen.
  • Community Service

Students will have to opportunity to join several service projects during the summer. Campers who want to be a part of the planning and carrying out of these activities can join the weekly “Kids Can Make a Difference” lunch meeting each week. Past projects have included a food drive, a lemonade stand to raise money for the Rainforest and for The Children’s Hospital, and a school supplies drive.
  • Extended Care

Campers may be dropped off on the main yard between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. for no extra charge. Afternoon Extended Care is available from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at $9 per hour or any portion of an hour. Any children not picked up by 3:20pm will be signed into Extended Day and you will be billed accordingly.

As you fill out your online registration each class fee will be added onto your total. Prior to March 15, there will be an automatic 5% deducted at check-out from all 3-week classes. Your total can be paid online with a credit card or e-check or by sending a check within 5 business days of registration in order to hold your place in classes.
