CEE offers employees a generous suite of benefits, a few of which are highlighted below:
Health insurance elections include HMO and PPO plans, dental and vision coverage, as well as life and long term disability insurance. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to participate in a flexible benefit plan to set aside pre-tax funds to cover eligible dependent care and health care costs.
The school offers TIAA-CREF retirement options and matches the employee's retirement contributions to a specified percentage each year. Currently, the matching percentage is 8%.
Time Off Benefits
All employees receive an annual allocation of Paid Leave. Additionally, vacation benefits for non-instructional staff vary with years of service, and include additional time off during Winter Break in December. CEE is closed most major holidays.
CEE offers full-time employees a 50% reduction in tuition and most on-campus activities for their children admitted to CEE. Additionally, CEE offers an infant care center for employees and their children from ages six weeks to age three by August 1st of the applicable year.
CEE offers professional development funds to employees who apply for specific professional development opportunities and continuing coursework in their field. A professional development committee, composed of faculty, staff and administrators, reviews and decisions applications monthly. Additionally, CEE often provides in-service days during which all employees participate together in school-wide professional development experiences.
