Each guest must show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR result taken within 48 hours from Saturday, May 14 at 6 PM. Boosters and mask wearing are strongly encouraged but not required to attend. On the day of the Gala, please demonstrate your concern for the health of our community by self-administering a home Antigen COVID test and reading the results before your arrival at the event. Should you have any symptoms or a positive reading on the test, please do not attend.
The very firm deadline to submit your vaccination card (with or without boosters) and receive our Gala "fast pass" status is Wednesday, May 11 by 5 PM. To submit your vaccine card or a screenshot of your state-issued pass, please click here. You can also bring the results or your vaccination card with you the night of, just allow additional time for check-in.
If you are not vaccinated, you will need to bring a laboratory molecular PCR test with a negative result. This test must be administered within 48 hours from the event start.
