    • The Center provides administrators and 12-month employees (staff) with paid vacation benefits. 
    • All regular full-time and part-time employees are entitled to a specified amount of Paid Sick Leave each fiscal year.

    • Employees may participate in HMO or PPO medical and dental insurance plans.
    • Employees have access to vision insurance at no cost.

  • Tuition Remission, Daycare, and The Caring Place

    • The Center offers a tuition remission benefit for all employees with children who have been admitted to and have enrolled at The Center.

    • The Caring Place (TCP) is a full-day infant care center available for employee children starting at six weeks of age.
